Human Centered Design
is a powerful process of problem solving that Begins with understanding unmet customer needs. The following tools drive innovation from identification through impact. they can be used independently to help move through a particular task or holistically to solve complex challenges.
The Human Centered Design process can be compared to an attorney trying to solve a case. They also build evidence and provide insights to win a case in court. When a client hires us to solve a challenge, we put on our detective hats and solve the case using the human centered design process and tools. We research and investigate, we define the problem and look for clues. In the process we’re lead to opportunities we can further explore. After the exploration process we are able to innovate some viable solutions which we build, test, measure and iterate accordingly. We present the final viable solution to our client, which also happens to be our final judge.
