 Nora is an organic sanitary pad line that was targeted for millennial women in Urban India. However, the impact was in the business model designed. Every time a women in India subscribed to Nora online, they were highlighted on the website and were paired with a group of young school girls in the rural parts of India. These girls received reusable pads in return and a connection to a girl they looked up to or aspired to one day be. it reminded the millennial women how inspiring they are and how important it is to keep taking care of themselves in their busy lives. as a role model to those in rural parts, they set an example to continue pursuing an education and take care of themselves in order to one day become the role model and set the same example to others.
